Moms, sisters, grandmas, aunts, friends, etc., it’s time to renew your inner goddess! Escape to paradise in the rainforest of Costa Rica to rejuvenate, refresh, & indulge your mind, body and spirit.

Meet new people and enjoy the beauty and serenity of nature with lots of laughs & plenty of “YOU” time to relax.

Hosted at the beautiful Sarapiquis Rainforest Lodge

Goddess Getaway includes:

●Double occupancy lodging

●Ground transfer to/from the SJO airport to/from the resort

●Healthy and delicious meals daily. (Vegetarian and Kosher options upon request.)

●3 Goddess Renewal Sessions:

Indulge with a scrumptious chocolate tour/ beautiful nature walk in the rainforest to learn how chocolate is made from cacao.
Rejuvenate with a light yoga/ stretching session in the "Fountain of Youth" infinity pool
Refresh by experiencing a delightful tour on the Sarapiqui River

Optional Activities for an additional cost include: An adventurous zip-line canopy tour or horseback ride, early morning bird-watching, night hike or bat presentation.

*Cost is per person based on double room occupancy. (Additional cost for single occupancy). Airfare to Costa Rica is not included and must be arranged by participant for arrival to the SJO international airport in San Jose. We offer a special discount for legal residents of Costa Rica.

Weekend Retreat Itinerary:

Friday:

● Arrive to the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) in Costa Rica.

● You’ll be greeted at the airport by a private shuttle service. Enjoy a 2 hour scenic drive from San Jose which takes you through the beautiful Braulio Carrillo National Park to the Centro Neotropico Sarapiquis eco-resort in Sarapiqui. You will be greeted with smiles and instantly feel the warm "pura vida" essence of the area.

● You’ll have the evening to relax and enjoy a nutricious and delicious Dinner at the resort.

Saturday:

● Nutricious and delicious Breakfast at hotel.

● Morning Goddess Session to Indulge: Enjoy the Chocolate Tour at the Tirimbina Reserve, located just next door to the hotel. The tour begins with a walk over a suspension bridge that crosses the sparkling Sarapiqui River and a beautiful nature walk, exploring through the primary and secondary rainforest to a cacao plantation. You may have the chance to see monkeys, toucans and other animals as a naturalist guide explains the history of chocolate and the process of turning it into the delicious snack we just can’t live without. The tour ends with a tasty chocolate treat!

● Early afternoon Goddess Session to Rejuvenate: 1 hour yoga/ stretching in the hotel infinity pool with cascading waterfall. The water of this "Fountain of Youth" and the flow of movement will give your mind, body and spirit the chance to stretch and breathe in this most beautiful and serence setting with views of the Sarapiqui River and rainforest.

● Nutricious and delicious Lunch at the hotel.

● Afternoon options: Relax at the hotel or explore the grounds of the hotel including a visit to the Indiginous museum. Enjoy a self-guided hike at the Tirimbina rainforest reserve, or possibly an adventurous local tour.

● Nutricious and delicious Dinner at the hotel.

● Night to relax at the hotel.

Sunday:

● Nutricious and delicious Breakfast at the hotel

● Morning Goddess Session to Refresh: Experience the magical Sarapiqui River. There is something for everyone... you have the option of choosing either an exhilerating white-water rafting tour (rapids class II/III, excellent for beginner's as well), OR a relaxing Safari Paddle float on the calmer section of the river.

● Optional Excursion following the rafting or float: Adventurous Zip-line canopy tour or horseback ride. (For an additional cost).

● OR, after the river tour, enjoy time to do Nothing and chill, hang out by the pool, etc.

● Nutricious and delicious Lunch at the hotel

● Afternoon drive back to San Jose by private shuttle.

Think about extending your stay. Enjoy more time to explore the rainforest activities in the Sarapiqui area, or travel to experience other areas such soaking inthe hot springs of the Arenal volcano area or visiting a local beach.
